How to Initiate a Return

- Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring the RA number is included within the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days following our receipt of the returned item.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges
- If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
